Crown Packaging got it’s start supplying corrugated boxes and packaging supplies as well as providing contract-packaging services to its customer base. Crown is now a privately held “S” corporation with 175 employees; the company also employs approximately 80 temporary workers, and the company has annual revenues of approximately $14 million consisting of contract packaging, warehousing, and containment/inspection sales.

Crown operates its primary business from one location in Dayton, Ohio; however, the company also manages packaging operations at customer facilities also located in Ohio, including the Behr America Service Parts, LLC National Service Parts Center. Personnel at Crown’s main facility provide the support functions for the off-site packaging operations. Crown specializes in packaging service parts for the automotive aftermarket and contracts with large automakers and automotive suppliers; however, Crown can apply its packaging expertise to any industry.

In 2007, Crown was awarded Honda’s Premier Partner Award and was selected to manage all packaging at Honda’s Midwest Consolidation Center in Troy, Ohio.
