Michael K. Palmer Mike is President of Crown Packaging, effective December 1997.
Prior to his promotion to President, Mike served as the company’s
Operations Manager. Mike began his career at Crown in 1990 as Sales
Manager.
Mike worked as a Plant Manager for Kroger and an Operations Manager
for Roadway Express prior to his employment with Crown Packaging.
A native of Ohio, Mike earned a B.S. degree from Ohio State
University. Mike is a past member of APICS, the Executive Round Table,
and the Inventors Society. Mike is currently a Youth Sports Coach.
Mike is a sports fanatic but especially enjoys golf, running, skiing, and fishing.

Kathleen L. Hinders Kathy is the Chief Financial Officer of Crown Packaging,
effective February 2000. Prior to her employment with Crown Packaging,
Kathy worked for two local public accounting firms and as the Controller
for a local construction company.
A native of Ohio, Kathy earned a B.A. from Wright State University
and a Master of Management degree from the University of Phoenix Online.
Kathy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the
Association for Operations Management (APICS). Kathy is a member of and
volunteers for The Nature Conservancy.
Kathy enjoys hiking and biking.

Anthony J. Xidas Tony is the Vice President of National Accounts for Crown Packaging,
effective April 2007. Tony served as Operations Manager and Sales
Manager for Crown Packaging prior to his recent promotion. Tony began
his career with Crown in 1993.
Tony also worked as the Admissions Director of the Dayton Academy and
worked as a sales representative for Micros Control Systems and Data
Transaction Corporation.
A native of Ohio, Tony earned his B.S. from Ohio State University.
Tony currently volunteers for the Miamisburg Youth Baseball Program and
the Greek Orthodox Church.
Tony enjoys boating and skiing.

Michael A. Bailey Mike is an Operations Manager at Crown Packaging, effective April
2001. Mike was a Production Manager for AmeriWater prior to joining
Crown and served for two years as Director of Operations for PDM
Systems. Mike worked for Pitney Bowes/Monarch Marking for 29 years,
serving as a General Supervisor for the last six years of his tenure.
Mike served in the U. S. Army for three years.
Mike is currently a member of Crown Packaging’s Safety Committee and
served on the ISO Transition Team. Mike is a past member of Monarch
Marking’s Human Resource Council and APICS. Mike is a coach for the
Miamisburg Select Basketball program. Mike is a Certified IS) 9001:2008
Internal Auditor.
Mike enjoys coaching, NASCAR, and golfing.

Johanna F. Priaulx Jody is an Operations Manager at Crown Packaging, effective May
2005. Prior to this assignment, Jody held the position of Director of
Quality and Engineering and Packaging Coordinator. Prior to her tenure
at Crown, Jody was the Program/Customer Liaison for Webster West
Packaging and the Administrative Manager for Pyramid Paper Products.
A native of Ohio, Jody earned her B.S. degree from Ohio State
University. Jody has also attended training sessions related to PFEMAs,
Six Sigma Problem Reporting and Resolution, and Label Error Proofing.
Jody is also a Certified ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor.
Jody enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering with church
service groups, gardening, and antiquing.

Amy E. Gearing Amy
became Crown’s Sales Manager in September 2005 after working for Crown
for five years as a Sales Representative and Customer Service
Supervisor. Prior to her employment at Crown, Amy worked as a Supervisor
at Key Bank and as a Supervisor at Star Rent-A-Car.
Amy is currently pursuing a degree in business management. Amy served
on Crown’s ISO Transition Team.
Amy enjoys watching her son participate in swim meets, volunteering
on several church committees, and running in local charitable events.

Bart Payton
Bart is Material Manager for Crown Packaging, effective
June 2008. Prior to joining Crown, Bart served as Director of Purchasing
for NetJets Aviation, Purchasing Manager for Metatec International and
Sr. Manager for Distribution for the O’Cedar Company.
A native of Ohio, Bart has a degree in Operational Management, is a
member of the ISM and currently holds a CPM certification.
Bart enjoys the outdoors and restoring historical firearms. |

Daniel Phillippi
Daniel is Operations Manager at Crown Packaging,
effective March 2010. Prior to this position he was an Assistant Manager
for Crown at the Honda MCC.
Prior to joining Crown, Daniel worked for Faurecia and Lear as a Manager
of Operations from 2003 to 2007. Prior to 2003 Daniel held a variety of
positions with Hartzell Fan and Hobart Corp. including: Materials Mgr.,
Quality Engineer, Director of Quality Control and Plant Manager after
serving in the USAF in the early 70’s.
Daniel has earned several degrees and certifications including: AS in
Quality Engineering Technology (Sinclair Community College), BS in
Industrial Management (Capital University) and APICS Certification
Daniel enjoys Gardening, Fruit Growing and spending time with his
Family.
